Annual Lease $1050.00 monthly; Resident is responsible for yard work and snow removal.
Financial Move In Requirements: $1050 first months rent +1050 last months rent + Security deposit of $1000
If you have a pet there is an additional refundable deposit of $200 then pet rent monthly. With One Pet add $25 mo. With Two pets add $35 per month.

This home for rent to Single Family, Non Smoking, Small Pets ok, in agreement with lease and city rules and regulations.

Step 1

Review the lease agreement, and the release of information forms. Also review the Clinton City Resident Handbook. If you agree with all of these proceed to step two.

Step 2

Fill out this application and submit it with $25 or $50 for a background check ($25 per adult). We check Court, Criminal, Credit, Employment history, and verify income (see our FAQ page)

To do the background check we need your authorization. Please fill out the release of information and submit it with your payment for the background screening.

(If you leave the deposit at this time we will hold the property until your screening is complete.)

Step 3

When you are approved we will meet to review and sign the lease. This usually occurs the day before move in. We will also collect the deposit and first months rent at this time.
