Step 1
Review the lease agreement, and the release of information forms.  Also review the Clinton City Resident Handbook.  If you agree with all of these proceed to step two.
 
Step 2
Fill out this application and submit it with $25 or $50 for a background check ($25 per adult).  We check Court, Criminal, Credit, Employment history, and verify income  (see our FAQ page)

To do the background check we need your authorization.  Please fill out the release of information and submit it with your payment for the background screening.

(If you leave the deposit at this time we will hold the property until your screening is complete.)

Step 3 
When you are approved we will meet to review and sign the lease.  This usually occurs the day before move in.  We will also collect the deposit and first months rent at this time.
