Once application is approved we collect the deposit; When the lease is signed just before move in we collect the rest and give you the keys.

Step 1
Review the lease agreement, and the release of information forms.  Also review the Layton City web site.  If you agree with these proceed to step two.
 
Step 2
Fill out this application and submit it with $25 or $50 for a background check ($25 per adult).  We check Court, Criminal, Credit, and Employment history.  (see our FAQ page)

To do the background check we need your authorization.  Please fill out the release of information and submit it with your payment for the background screening.

(If you leave the deposit at this time we will hold the property until your screening is complete.)

Step 3 
When you are approved we will meet to review and sign the lease.  This usually occurs the day before move in.  We will also collect the deposit and first months rent at this time.
