Annual Lease $1500.00 monthly; Resident is responsible for yard work and snow removal.
Financial Requirements: $1500 first month rent + $1500 last month rent + Security deposit of $1200+$200 non refundable cleaning fee
If you have a pet there is an additional refundable deposit of $300 then $35 pet rent monthly.

Review the lease agreement.  Also review the Clinton City "Tips for Residents".  If you agree with these proceed to step two.
 
Step 2
Fill out this application and submit it with $25 or $50 for a background check ($25 per adult).  We check Court, Criminal, Credit, Employment history, and verify income.  (see our FAQ page)

To do the background check we need your authorization.  Please be sure to sign the bottom of the application and submit it with your payment for the background screening.

(If you leave the deposit at this time we will hold the property until your screening is complete.)
Step 3 
When you are approved we will meet to review and sign the lease.  This usually occurs shortly after the screening is completed.  We will also collect the deposit at this time.
